Traditional Homemade Fruit Cake
Our traditional fruit cake is packed with currants, white raisins, local pecans and candied fruits (cherries, pineapple, and citron), then folded into a rich batter, and marinated in spices and rum.
They are baked in a paper rectangular mold; sized 6" long x 2-1/2" bottom x 2" side and come shrink wrapped in their pan. Ribbon not included.
